Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026. This policy covers the Android game Stock & Build: Store Tycoon (also known during development as Mini Bouwmarkt), published under the developer name Tris Mobile Studio.
Who is responsible?
The data controller is Tris aannemers en installatiebedrijf, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 88331482. Correspondence address: Waddendijk 82, 1025 PK Amsterdam, the Netherlands (not a visitor address). Contact: triscontactmail@gmail.com.
Your game stays on your device
Progress, settings, store layouts, project album, optional play log and reward records are stored locally. No game account is required. The regular stores can be played offline. This version has no developer-operated cloud save or public online leaderboard. Album pictures capture the game itself; the app does not request access to your camera, microphone or location.
Children and age choices
The game supports children as well as adults. An optional advertising setting asks for an age band, including “prefer not to say”, rather than a date of birth. The choice is stored locally. If the age is unknown or under 18, the app does not request rewarded advertisements or an in-app Play review. You can continue playing without making an age choice. If you switch from an adult choice, new ad requests stop. Parents or guardians should contact us on behalf of children.
Optional advertisements for adults
For players selecting 18+, the app can offer voluntary rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. The offered game reward is shown before you choose to watch. There are no forced ads or in-app purchases. Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices where required. You can revisit the available choices through the advertising privacy option in the game settings. Changing a choice does not remove an already earned reward.
The app requests non-personalised ads. This still involves data processing: Google’s advertising SDK can process your IP address (including approximate location), app and device information, app interactions and ad views, diagnostics and device/account identifiers such as an app set ID. These are used to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. The app removes Android advertising-ID and AdServices permissions; this does not mean that all other SDK processing is disabled. We do not receive your Google password or a named advertising profile.
Where required, advertising-related storage or access uses your consent. You can refuse or withdraw it through Google’s privacy options. The ads available after that choice depend on Google’s consent system; non-personalised or limited ads must not be mistaken for zero data processing. Rewards and reviews
A local receipt and transaction number help prevent duplicate ad rewards and recover interrupted saves. They are not a public player account. Adults may receive one neutral Google Play review request after enough play. Local play time, session counts and whether a request was made are saved. The developer cannot see whether the review window appeared, what rating you chose or whether you submitted a review. Reviews do not earn a game reward. Google handles submitted reviews and their public profile display; you can edit or delete your review through Google Play. See Google’s review data information.
Problems, ideas and email
The Help menu prepares an email for you to review and send yourself. It contains only visible game version, platform, store, mode and language. Saves, logs, age choices and device identifiers are not attached automatically. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use this information to answer and investigate your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support; it is not published as a review or used for marketing. Our support inbox is hosted by Gmail, and email is processed by the mail services you and we use.
Support messages are retained only for as long as needed to handle the question, investigate a continuing issue or meet a legal obligation. Relevance to an open issue and applicable legal requirements determine the period; there is no automatic deletion timer in the game for emails held in the inbox. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, payment information or a child’s personal details.
Deletion and your rights
You can remove local game data using Android’s app settings; this deletes your saved progress. There is no developer-operated game account to delete. For information you have emailed us, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. Contact the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Google provides controls for data it processes through its services.

Visiting this page sends normal technical connection information, including your IP address, to the website hosting providers (Sites/Cloudflare) so they can deliver and secure it. Spelen en lokale opslag
Voortgang, instellingen, winkelinrichting, projectalbum, optioneel speellogboek en beloningsbewijzen blijven op je toestel. Je hoeft geen spelaccount aan te maken. De gewone winkels werken zonder internet. Deze versie heeft geen eigen cloudsave of openbare online ranglijst. Albumbeelden zijn opnamen van het spel zelf; de app vraagt geen camera-, microfoon- of locatietoegang.
Kinderen en leeftijdskeuze
Kinderen en volwassenen kunnen spelen. De optionele advertentie-instelling vraagt alleen een leeftijdsgroep, met de keuze om niets op te geven; geen geboortedatum. De keuze blijft lokaal. Bij onbekende leeftijd of onder 18 vraagt de app geen beloningsadvertenties of Play-reviewvenster aan. Je kunt zonder leeftijdskeuze verder spelen. Na terugschakelen vanuit 18+ stoppen nieuwe advertentieaanvragen. Ouders of verzorgers nemen namens kinderen contact op.
Vrijwillige advertenties voor volwassenen
Wie 18+ kiest, kan vrijwillige beloningsadvertenties van Google AdMob aangeboden krijgen. De spelbeloning staat vooraf op de kaart. Er zijn geen verplichte advertenties of in-app-aankopen. Google UMP toont waar nodig privacykeuzes; beschikbare keuzes kun je herzien via advertentieprivacy in de spelinstellingen. Een gewijzigde keuze neemt een verdiende beloning niet terug.
De app vraagt niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties aan. Daarbij kan Google nog steeds gegevens verwerken: IP-adres (waaruit globale locatie kan worden afgeleid), apparaat- en appgegevens, app-interacties en advertentieweergaven, diagnostiek en apparaat-/accountidentificatoren zoals een app set ID. Dit dient advertentieweergave, meting en fraudebestrijding. De app verwijdert Android-advertentie-ID- en AdServices-rechten; andere SDK-verwerking is daardoor niet volledig uitgeschakeld. Wij ontvangen geen Google-wachtwoord of advertentieprofiel op naam.
Waar vereist gebeurt advertentiegerelateerde opslag of toegang op basis van toestemming. Je kunt die via Google’s privacykeuzes weigeren of intrekken. Welke advertenties daarna beschikbaar zijn, hangt af van Google’s toestemmingssysteem; niet-gepersonaliseerd of beperkt betekent niet dat er geen gegevensverwerking is. Google kan buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken onder de toepasselijke gegevensbeschermingsafspraken. Zie Google’s privacybeleid en de gegevensinformatie over de advertentie-SDK.
Beloningen en reviews
Een lokaal bewijs en boekingsnummer voorkomen dubbele advertentiebeloningen en helpen onderbroken opslag te herstellen. Dit is geen openbaar spelersaccount. Volwassenen kunnen na voldoende spelen één neutraal Play-reviewverzoek krijgen. De app bewaart lokaal speeltijd, sessietellers en of een verzoek is gedaan. Wij zien niet of het venster verschijnt, welke sterren je kiest of dat je een review instuurt. Een review geeft geen spelbeloning. Google verwerkt de review en de eventuele openbare weergave bij je profiel. Je kunt je review in Google Play aanpassen of verwijderen. Zie Google’s informatie over reviewgegevens.
Problemen, ideeën en e-mail
Hulp in het spel maakt een e-mailconcept dat je zelf controleert en verstuurt. Het bevat alleen zichtbare spelversie, platform, winkel, spelmodus en taal. Saves, speellogboeken, leeftijd en toestelidentificatoren worden niet automatisch meegestuurd. Als je mailt, ontvangen wij je e-mailadres en wat je zelf in het bericht zet. Wij gebruiken dit om je vraag te behandelen en problemen te onderzoeken, op basis van ons gerechtvaardigde belang om ondersteuning te bieden. Het wordt geen openbare review of marketingbericht. Onze inbox staat bij Gmail; de gebruikte e-maildiensten verwerken de e-mail.
We bewaren berichten zolang dat nodig is voor afhandeling, onderzoek naar een lopend probleem of een wettelijke verplichting. De relevantie voor een open probleem en geldende wettelijke eisen bepalen de termijn. Het spel heeft geen automatische verwijdering van e-mails in onze inbox. Stuur geen identiteitsbewijs, wachtwoord, betaalgegevens of persoonlijke gegevens van een kind.
Verwijderen en privacyrechten
Via Android-appinstellingen kun je lokale spelgegevens verwijderen; je voortgang gaat dan verloren. Er is geen eigen serveraccount om te verwijderen. Voor informatie die je ons hebt gemaild, kun je inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking of waar toepasselijk overdracht vragen, en bezwaar maken tegen verwerking. Mail daarvoor het adres hierboven. Intrekken van toestemming verandert eerdere rechtmatige verwerking niet. Je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Voor gegevens bij Google biedt Google eigen privacyinstellingen.
